    Making better food choicesWe understand our patient’s connection and desire for tasty food. It is difficult for people to make drastic lifestyle changes especially when it comes to eating habits and that is one of the main reasons why diets often fail. Food is definitely one of life’s greatest pleasures and there is no reason why people that are on a “healing diet” cannot enjoy wonderful meals. We recommend going slowly and making subtle dietary changes over time so that the body and mind can both adjust to this new healthy way of living.

    There are so many delicious and exciting recipes and some of them are listed below. We will be changing them periodically and for those of you who subscribe, we will send more healthy and delicious recipes in your newsletter. Dr. Guariglia is also going to be updating his blog which will include recipes and there will be webinars and videos on our YouTube channel where he will discuss nutritional goals and specific recipes. He invites and greatly appreciates all of you who have healthy recipes to share them by posting on this site.

    The following recipes are extremely rich in antioxidants, high in nutritional value and are easily digestible. They are also foods that have a tendency to lower inflammatory chemicals therby reducing overall stiffness and pain. They are simple to make and really quite tasty. Enjoy.
